Inspection platform for tanks, silo’s and spray dryers

This month already the 3th inspection bridge was delivered which was developed out of the partnership between Altrex and ProduSafe and used for crack testing of two huge spray dryers at one of the biggest producers of baby food in the world.

This installation makes inspections and entrance of silos/tanks and spray dryers very easy and comfortable because no scaffolding is needed anymore. It safes a lot of costs and reduces downtime to a minimum to achieve less downtime of production.

The inspection platform guarantees safe working at height. The system meets International and European regulations as EN 1808 and the Machinery Directive. TÜV, the world renowned Notified Body, has approved the system and is unique in the world.

 Millions are lost annually on products that do not meet the quality requirements. And what about products that inadvertently get onto the market. The consequences of this can be enormous. The preventive inspection of production installations prevents these problems.

ProduSafe arranges this by:

Food Safety Inspections in European Food Industry
